I contracted Paul to conduct a round of real estate auctions and knew once I saw him in action that we needed him on our team, so we made it happen. His knowledge of the auction method is extensive of course, having been involved with thousands of sales over the past 20 years. But it was his ability to interact with the crowd, to create a buying atmosphere, and to finish the sale by pulling those tough final bids from the crowd that impressed me most. I have yet to meet a better auctioneer than Paul Sobwick.
